Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and components included
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email at nuridin.ibraimov@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
