Processing Time
As for items in stock, we will send your order out within 7–12 working days after the buyer made final confirmation.
As for pre-order items, the shipping time will be longer than other items. We are working hard to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Undelivered & Incorrect Address
We only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete.
If an order is not delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, it may be disposed of by the carrier. In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
